Miller's Falls red, smooth-as-butter hand drill with the rosewood handle made in Greenfield, Mass. Single speed. Steel frame; mahogany finished hardwood head and crank handle; solid drive gear is die cast and finished in red enamel; three-jaw chuck adjustable 0 to 1/4 inch. The successor to No. 2500 M-S, but drive gear is solid, rather than pierced. No rust...a truly gorgeous speciman. Could use a gentle cleaning as it was found in a dusty drawer and it hasn't been touched since the late 50's or 60's. We'll leave it up to the new owner to decide if they want to use water or a soft cloth or their own method. SOLD! All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted above. If you'd like to propose a different method of payment, shipping method or price contact us at shop @ houseinprogress.net. |
