Art Deco Langlois Rouge Compact

Category: Sold

Silver 1930's Art Deco "Cara Nome Langlois New York" mark compact for rouge. Charming cutout of a basket of flowers has a sky blue celluloid background underneath.

It measures 2" square by .5" high. Rouge "puff/sponge", rouge intact.

This has been used. Mirror needs to be reconditioned. Latch on case is perfect, as are the hinges. No broken parts.

The estate owner was the original owner. Like the others, these were all kept together in a wooden jewelry box in the attic. (Some were in protective boxes or cases...some were not.) This item needs to be tidied up (there was a small sticker in the box from another item that became affixed to the back of the item.)

SOLD!
