PRIVACY AND SERVICE: If you pay via credit card (PayPal), we NEVER see your credit card number. We do not put your name or sell your information to mailing lists or marketers because that would be cheesy and we wouldn't want someone to do that to us. We like satisfied customers, so please ask questions about any item before you buy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please tell us. If we do have to arrange for a return on an item, we cannot reimburse for the cost of shipping the item though we are happy to reimburse for the cost of the item itself. HOUSE IN PROGRESS DONATION RECORDS:We are compiling lists of all of the people who purchase estate and eBay items so that we can "hide" this list for future generations within the walls and floors during renovation. We want to preserve this information of people who have supported this project. If you do not wish to be included in this part of the project, just let us know.
NOTE: Someone wrote to us and asked if they could use our prices as a benchmark for insuring their own item. Golly, no! Your item needs an independent appraisal and is probably worth MORE. We try to set our prices at a certain percentage below MARKET value (from the research we can do at Kovels, online shops, etc.) because we are more concerned with moving items OUT of the house at a fair price. Although we get help assessing the condition of items from professional folks, this isn't our business and we hope that it won't have to do this for very long! Once the things here are sold, we're closing up shop. Whoo hoo! Items that would take longer than 7 days to sell go here, short term items go to eBay. Please email us if you have any questions.
